Sacramento, CA (August 9, 2023) – Bart Hersevoort (80) succumbed to fatal injuries in an Arden Arcade motorcycle crash. According to The Sacramento Bee, the accident occurred around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday.

The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office revealed the identity of the fatal victim in an Arden Arcade motorcycle crash on Wednesday.
Authorities identified the victim as 80-year-old Bart Hersevoort from Davis.
Officer Justin Fetterly, a spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol North Sacramento, reported that Bart Hersevoort was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle heading westbound on Arden Way, east of Bell Street, when he collided with the road’s center divider.
Unfortunately, Bart Hersevoort was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Officer Fetterly stated that it remains uncertain whether Bart Hersevoort experienced a medical emergency before the collision.
