Sacramento, CA (November 9, 2023) – A South Sacramento hit-and-run left a 61-year-old pedestrian fatal on eastbound Florin Road. Police are also searching for the driver involved in the crash. According to the Sacramento Bee, the authorities responded to the scene around 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries on the spot, between Franklin Boulevard and Bowling Drive.
At this time, officers are still investigating to determine the make and model of the involved car, and the suspect is yet to be identified.
