Teddy Ramirez, a 37-year-old resident of Perris, succumbed to fatal injuries after an I-215 Murrieta pedestrian crash where a vehicle struck him within the highway, as confirmed by the Riverside County Coroner’s Bureau.
The incident occurred when a Toyota RAV4 traveling northbound in the #3 lane struck Teddy Ramirez, who had leaped a chain-link fence and entered the freeway.
Unfortunately, the pedestrian died at the scene.
