Police also mentioned that the Toyota vehicle overturned in the brush, resting on its roof, while the Mitsubishi was spotted lying on its side on the shoulder of the road.
According to CHP Officer E. Larsen, the drivers of both vehicles unfortunately succumbed to their injuries at the scene, along with three other occupants from one of the cars.
