Sacramento, CA (June 11, 2024) – A Natomas bicycle crash near Club Center Drive and Banfield Drive killed a male bicyclist. According to ABC10, the crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Sgt. Mike Severi of the Sacramento Police Department reported that the accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. near Club Center Drive and Banfield Drive in the Natomas Park neighborhood.
Officers and the Sacramento Fire Department also responded to the crash and transported the male bicyclist to the hospital.
However, he later died from his injuries.
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office will also release the victim’s identity after notifying the family.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Authorities also stated that drugs and alcohol were not involved in this Natomas bicycle crash.
