Aalvin Chhue, Jayden Chhue, and Jose Espinoza were Identified as Fatalities in Deadly Accident in Modesto
Modesto, CA (February 2, 2022) – Cousins Aalvin Chhue (17), Jayden Chhue (15), and their friend Jose Espinoza (16) got killed in an accident on Carver Road and West Briggsmore Avenue. The incident involved a big rig.
According to authorities, it happened at around 4:15 on Tuesday. They’ve shared that aside from the three teenagers, two others were injured in the incident. Two of the three fatalities died at the scene. Then, the surviving victims were taken to the hospital where a third person was pronounced dead.
Aalvin Chhue, Jayden Chhue, and Jose Espinoza were students at Grace M. Davis High School.
Police have shared that the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident ran a red light when the accident happened. Meanwhile, the driver of the big rig sustained no injuries.
Friends and family came together to grieve the tragic loss. They’ve also placed photos, flowers, and candles at the intersection where the incident occurred.
