Teenager Javier Gonzalez Got Killed in a Hit-and-Run Accident on Main street in Riverside
Riverside, CA (March 4, 2022) – Javier Gonzalez (15) died in a hit-and-run on Main Street and Poplar in Riverside. According to ABC 7, the incident happened at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday.
According to authorities, Gonzalez was riding his bicycle when the crash happened. They shared that the driver rode a dark-colored pick up truck, going southbound on Main street. Then, the vehicle hit Gonzalez who rode his bicycle northbound on the same road. Gonzalez sustained major injuries, which led to his death.

Gonzalez’s family and friends got together to hold a vigil for the teenager. Later, they gathered and placed candles at the scene of the accident. At the moment, authorities continue to search for the driver involved in the incident. They’re also investigating the case.
