Sacramento, CA (July 20, 2022) – A Robla pedestrian accident near Rio Linda Boulevard and Phillipi Way left a 2-year-old girl with serious injuries in Sacramento. According to the Sacramento Bee, the crash happened after 4:00 pm on Tuesday.

According to Sacramento Police Department spokesman Officer Ryan Woo, a vehicle struck the 2-year-old girl north of Interstate 80 near Rio Linda Boulevard and Phillipi Way.
They then responded to the crash and arrived at the scene. Then, they transported the child to the hospital for serious injuries.
Meanwhile, the vehicle’s driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. On Wednesday morning, officer Ryan Woo shared that the child is in stable condition.
Right now, authorities are still investigating this case. So far, they don’t believe impairment played a role in the crash.
