Bretil Beitmirza

Bretil Beitmirza is a trial attorney at Jacoby & Meyers dedicated to representing clients with catastrophic injuries from motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, pedestrian mishaps, and dog bites. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has championed the severely injured, securing over $40 million in compensation.

As the leader of one of the firm’s litigation teams, Bretil applies the strategies and trial techniques she honed while working with the esteemed partner Laura Sedrish. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed; she has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for three consecutive years (2020-2023), a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of lawyers.

Bretil’s legal foundation is built on a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Law, which have prepared her to tackle complex cases with a unique perspective.
