16-Year-Old Teen Fatally Struck in Placerville Hit-and-Run in El Dorado County
El Dorado County, CA (June 6, 2023) – A hit-and-run crash on Placerville in El Dorado County left one victim dead. According to Yahoo, authorities responded to the scene around 3:00 a.m. on Monday.
A pedestrian was fatally struck in a Placerville hit-and-run in El Dorado County.
The California Highway Patrol Placerville division reported a fatal hit-and-run crash on Highway 50 near Placerville, which left a 16-year-old pedestrian dead.
According to reports, authorities found a pedestrian lying in the center median along the westbound lane of the highway near El Dorado Road.
Responders then brought him to the hospital with significant injuries. Unfortunately, he was later pronounced dead at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.
