Burlingame’s First Fatal Collision in 2022 Left Andree Peterson Dead and Other Pedestrian with Injuries
Burlingame, CA (October 6, 2022) – Andree Peterson (58) of San Jose was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of California Drive and Oak Grove Avenue in Burlingame. According to Patch, the crash was reported around 10:35 pm.
Andree Peterson succumbed to injuries after being involved in a hit-and-run crash in Burlingame. Another unnamed pedestrian also sustained injuries.
Police responded to reports of two pedestrians involved in a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of California Drive and Oak Grove Avenue in Burlingame.
They found two pedestrians with major injuries lying in the roadway. They later transported the pedestrians to local trauma hospitals after rendering immediate aid.
Unfortunately, one of the pedestrians succumbed to his injuries. He was identified as Andree Peterson (58) of San Jose.
According to authorities, the driver responsible for the hit-and-run crash initially fled the scene but returned and cooperated with them. He was later arrested and booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run.
This is reportedly Burlingame’s first fatal collision in 2022.
