Bakersfield, CA (March 24, 2022) – Andriena Mia Rea (23) died after getting involved in a car accident on Grapevine Road in Lebec south of Bakersfield. According to KGET, the incident happened at around 11:21 pm on Tuesday.
Andriena Mia Rea rode as a passenger in the vehicle that crashed into a hillside along Grapevine Road.
According to reports, a vehicle crashed into a hillside south of Grapevine Road. Mia Rea was a passenger in this vehicle. Though Mia Rea received immediate medical attention, she was pronounced dead 20 minutes after authorities arrived at the scene.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicle was possibly racing with another vehicle. This said vehicle also crashed and flipped on the same road. The incident is currently under investigation. Authorities are still investigating if drugs or alcohol were involved in the car crash.
