Angelina Arizaga Killed in Pedestrian Crash along I-5 near University City in San Diego
San Diego, CA (March 29, 2022) – Angelina Arizaga (31) died after getting struck by a car while walking on the shoulder of the I-5 near Genesee Avenue in San Diego. According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, the incident happened at around 11:30 pm on Thursday, March 17.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), they received reports about a woman walking along the shoulder of the I-5. Then, witnesses told them that she walked in a middle lane against the flow of traffic.
Angelina Arizaga succumbed to her injuries before reaching the hospital.
She then got hit on the no. 2 lane and died before getting transported to the hospital. The woman mentioned in the report just got identified as Angelina Arizaga. At the moment, further information about this incident is unavailable.
