More About Motorcycle Accident Liability
Motorcycle accidents usually cause more severe damage than other auto accidents. Motorcyclists are prone to sustaining major injuries because they are more exposed. Also, motorcycles are lighter and don’t provide much protection. Most motorcycle accidents are caused by the following:
- Compact and less visible on the road
- Loss of control due to road debris
- Motorcyclists are exposed to road and other vehicles
- Prone to wobbling
- Unskilled motorcyclists who don’t have proper licenses
However, motorcycle accident liability always falls on the negligent driver. Most of the time, both the motorcyclist and the other vehicle’s driver can be at fault. It all depends on who made careless road maneuvers, which contributed to the accident. Proving negligence can become challenging on your own. Fortunately, you can hire an experienced attorney for motorcycle accidents. A skilled lawyer can do more than just help build your case.
