Bay Area Parents Greg Ammen and Grace Spiridon Fatal in Redwood City Traffic Crash
Redwood City, CA (November 8, 2022) – Greg Ammen (44) and Grace Spiridon (42) of San Francisco Bay Area were identified as fatalities in a traffic crash near El Camino Real and Finger Avenue in Redwood City. According to ABC 7, the crash happened around 7:56 pm on Friday.
Bay Area parents Greg Ammen and Grace Spiridon were fatally struck in a fiery traffic crash in Redwood City.
The Redwood City Police Department responded to a fatal traffic crash involving two vehicles near El Camino Real and Finger Avenue.
Responding officers had to put out the fire in one of the cars involved. Two fatalities were also found at the scene. Their families identified them as Greg Ammen and Grace Spiridon of San Francisco Bay Area.
They also transported the juvenile driver of the other vehicle involved and two passengers to a hospital due to non-life-threatening injuries.
According to a surveillance video from a business in the area, a speeding vehicle struck the family’s car as they were making a turn. The crash caused the vehicle to hit two poles.
The Redwood City City Council have extended their sympathies to the family of the victims. Communities also call for improved traffic safety in the area.
The two victims are survived by their two 7-year-old daughters. A GoFundMe page has been set up to gather support for their children.
