More About Motorcycle Accident Liability
Motorcycle accidents, such as the case of Brian Ladue in this Temecula motorcycle crash, usually cause more severe damage than other auto accidents. - Loss of control due to road debris
- Motorcyclists are exposed to road and other vehicles

However, motorcycle accident liability always falls on the negligent driver. Most of the time, both the motorcyclist and the other vehicle’s driver can be at fault.
