Indianapolis Resident Christopher Berry Killed in a Pedestrian Accident near Van Nuys
Los Angeles, CA (July 2, 2022) – Christopher Berry (39) of Indianapolis was identified as the fatality in a pedestrian accident in Van Nuys. According to Patch, the incident reportedly occurred around 1:46 am on Friday.
A pedestrian identified as Christopher Berry was fatally struck by a San Diego 405 Freeway vehicle.
The California Highway Patrol responded to a vehicle and a pedestrian collision on San Diego 405 Freeway near Van Nuys.
Then, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The Los Angeles County coroner’s office later identified the victim as Christopher Berry of Indianapolis.
Meanwhile, the vehicle’s driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Due to the incident, multiple lanes of the northbound and southbound freeway were closed for several hours.
