Two-Vehicle Crash Killed Christopher Saldana and James Darnell and Seriously Injured Two Others near Banning Airport
Banning, CA (July 31, 2022) – Christopher Saldana (24) of Banning and James Darnell (75) of Cabazon were identified as the fatalities in a two-vehicle crash near the Ramsey Street on-ramp to Interstate 10 and Banning Airport. According to Patch, the crash occurred around 8:35 pm on Friday.
Christopher Saldana and James Darnell were pronounced dead at the scene following the fatal crash near Banning Airport. Two other victims were seriously injured.
Authorities responded to a fatal crash involving two vehicles near the Ramsey Street on-ramp to Interstate 10 and Banning Airport.
Then, responding firefighters arrived to rescue the victims involved in the crash. But two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The Riverside County coroner’s office later identified them as Christopher Saldana of Banning and James Darnell of Cabazon.
Meanwhile, two other victims were hospitalized due to severe injuries.
Right now, this incident remains under further investigation.
