The San Diego Police Department reported a multi-vehicle collision in College Grove Drive involving two vehicles and an MTS bus.
A 2009 Nissan Versa driver, only identified as a 29-year-old woman, reportedly failed to stop at a red light and struck a 2012 Toyota Highlander.
The impact caused the Toyota to crash into a stopped MTS bus.
According to reports, the drivers of the two vehicles involved in the prior collision sustained serious injuries. Both were later transported to a local hospital.
Meanwhile, the MTS bus driver did not sustain any injuries. There were also no passengers on the bus at the time of the collision.
