San Miguel, CA (April 7, 2022) – Diego Hernandez (24) was recently identified as a casualty of a car accident at the Vineyard Canyon Road and Indian Canyon Road intersection in San Miguel. According to the San Luis Obispo Tribune, the incident happened on Monday afternoon (April 4).
Diego Hernandez died from his injuries after a car crash at the Vineyard Canyon Road and Indian Canyon Road intersection.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Hernandez rode as a passenger in a 2015 Mazda 3 driven by Noah Calvin (19). Then, the Mazda collided with a Chevrolet Silverado being driven by Juan M.L. Gutierrez (40). The car crash happened at an intersection of Vineyard Canyon Road and Indian Canyon Road.
Hernandez wasn’t wearing a seatbelt during the incident. Also, authorities don’t believe that alcohol or drugs were factors in this incident.
