Donna Wildrick Killed in Fiery Two-Vehicle Collision in Newport Beach
Newport Beach, CA (June 12, 2022) – The Orange County Coroner’s Office identified Donna Wildrick (60) of Newport Coast as the fatality in a two-vehicle crash on Newport Beach on Sunday. According to The Daily Pilot, the crash reportedly occurred around 8:08 pm.
An unresponsive woman and a dog were found in the second vehicle. The woman was later identified as Donna Wildrick of Newport Coast.
The Newport Beach Police Department responded to reports of a collision near Newport Ridge Drive and San Joaquin Hills Road at 8:08 pm. Then, the police found one of the vehicles engulfed in flames.
Authorities found an unresponsive woman and a dog in the second vehicle. The woman, later identified as Donna Wildrick of Newport Coast.
Responding officers pronounced Wildrick dead at the scene after attempts at life-saving measures. Later, it was reported that the dog also died during the collision.
Meanwhile, the first vehicle that was engulfed in flames had two juvenile passengers. Both were taken to the hospital due to major injuries.
