Dwayne Faughn Died after Getting Involved in a Multi-Vehicle Crash in Eureka today
Eureka, CA (January 26, 2022) –Dwayne Faughn (49) died due to severe injuries from a fatal multi-vehicle crash on State Route 255 in Eureka. The incident happened at around 9 pm on Monday.
According to authorities, Faughn was driving a 2000 Lexus, going south along State Route 255 nearby Startare Drive and Woodley Island. The Lexus hit a 2020 Jeep going northbound of the same road
Dwayne Faughn was driving southbound when he collided with a 2020 Jeep.
Occupants of both vehicles suffered major injuries. The driver and passengers of the Lexus were taken to St. Joseph Hospital. Shortly afterwards, a 2008 Ford going southbound also collided with the two vehicles. However, the Ford’s driver only sustained minor injuries.
