Huntington Beach, CA (October 30, 2023) – A Huntington Beach motorcycle crash left a 61-year-old Costa Mesa man fatal after colliding with a blue BMW X3. According to the KTLA, the police responded to the crash around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

A Huntington Beach motorcycle crash led to the death of a 61-year-old Costa Mesa man on Sunday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, authorities received a report of a traffic collision at the intersection of Magnolia Street and Hamilton Avenue involving a blue BMW X3 and a blue Harley-Davidson Softail motorcycle.
In the initial investigation, the BMW was westbound on Hamilton Avenue and turned left onto Magnolia Street. At the same time, the blue Harley-Davidson, heading eastbound on Hamilton Avenue, entered the intersection.
The 61-year-old man, a resident of Costa Mesa whose name was not disclosed, was operating the blue Harley-Davidson and tragically passed away at the scene.
Meanwhile, the BMW driver, an 82-year-old man from Huntington Beach, emerged from the collision without injuries and cooperated with the investigators.
Moreover, impaired vision is not believed to be a contributing factor in this Huntington Beach motorcycle crash.
