Turlock, CA (September 26, 2023) – Ismael Deleon (42) of Salida died after a Tuolumne County DUI Crash. Authorities charged Kannon Pandy (30) with DUI. According to The Union Democrat, the accident happened at about 3:40 a.m. on Sunday.

Meanwhile, authorities apprehended 30-year-old Leah Doucette of Turlock for DUI charges following the passenger’s death.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened when Doucette traveled eastbound on State Route 120 near Rushing Hill Lookout.
Her vehicle left the roadway at some point, prompting her to attempt a correction.
Unfortunately, she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn.
Due to the crash’s impact, Doucette was ejected from her vehicle and sustained severe injuries. On the other hand, her 42-year-old passenger, Ismael Deleon, succumbed to fatal injuries.
Moreover, police arrested Doucette on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was subsequently released to Memorial Medical Center for her injuries.
