James Llewellyn Identified as Fatality in Two-Vehicle Accident in Palmdale, CA
Palmdale, CA (April 6, 2022) – James Llewellyn (45) was identified by authorities as the fatality in a two-vehicle collision on 25th Street East near Avenue R. in Palmdale. According to Nationwide Report, the incident happened at around 4:47 am on Friday (April 1).
According to authorities, Llewellyn drove a black 2017 Ford Focus westbound. Then, he turned right, going into 25th Street East from a red signal. Afterward, he made a U-turn right into the path of a 2016 Toyota Camry cruising through the intersection on a yellow or green signal.
James Llewellyn got into the path of a Toyota Camry after making a U-turn, leading to the collision.
The Toyota Camry collided into the driver’s side of the Ford. Responders arrived at the scene, but Llewellyn had already died due to his injuries. Meanwhile, the Camry’s female driver and passenger got sent to the hospital for medical care.
Authorities are still investigating this incident. At the moment, they don’t believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the accident.
