According to officers, three men were traveling westbound in a Tesla on Copper Avenue when the vehicle collided with a center median guardrail, causing it to overturn and strike another guardrail.
Chase McCutcheon and Jason Phillips, who were not wearing seatbelts, were ejected from the car and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Meanwhile, a third passenger sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital.
