Fresno, CA (July 19, 2023) – Juliana Cuevas Cortes (51) died at the scene following a Fresno truck crash involving a vehicle and a big rig at the intersection of Manning Avenue and McMullin Grade. According to Yahoo, the crash was reported at 5:00 am on Friday.

The California Highway Patrol reported a fatal Fresno truck crash involving a vehicle and a big rig at the intersection of Manning Avenue and McMullin Grade, halfway between Raisin City and San Joaquin.
The crash resulted in one fatality, identified as 51-year-old Juliana Cuevas Cortes of Kerman.
One driver, the son of Cortes, also sustained significant injuries and was brought to Community Regional Medical for treatment.
According to the report, a 2012 Dodge Avenger driven by a 21-year-old man with a 51-year-old passenger was heading east on Manning when they missed a stop sign and collided with a commercial big rig.
Police also mentioned that the truck had the right-of-way and no stop sign on McMullin during the crash.
Meanwhile, the commercial truck driver, a 42-year-old man from Coalinga, did not sustain any injuries from the collision.
