Lorenzo Serrano, a 22-year-old resident of Escalon, died at the scene of an Escalon truck crash last Monday, as confirmed by the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
According to California Highway Patrol, a 42-year-old man driving a 2007 Sterling feed truck on westbound Lone Tree Road slowed down to turn right into a private driveway.
Meanwhile, Lorenzo Serrano was traveling west on Lone Tree Road and collided with the rear of the truck.
The impact of the collision proved fatal for Serrano, who tragically lost his life at the scene.
Despite the severity of the incident, the feed truck driver, on the other hand, emerged unharmed.
