Madera County, CA (May 6, 2024) – A Madera County car crash on Highway 41 at Jewels Vista Court killed an 11-year-old girl and injured multiple others. According to ABC30, the police responded to the crash after 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

A Madera County car crash involving three vehicles resulted in the death of an 11-year-old girl and injuries to four others on Saturday.
According to California Highway Patrol, initial investigations suggest that a man driving a GMC Yukon lost control of the vehicle while traveling south on Highway 41 in rainy conditions. Despite attempting to regain control, the driver overcorrected, causing the car to swerve sideways into the northbound lane.
Subsequently, a Chevy Silverado traveling north on Highway 41 collided with the right side of the GMC.
A Buick traveling south on the same highway could not avoid the collision and struck the Silverado.
Unfortunately, an 11-year-old girl inside the GMC succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
Additionally, two occupants of the GMC sustained moderate injuries, while two others suffered significant injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Silverado and a passenger in the Buick sustained minor injuries.
Moreover, this Madera County car crash is still under investigation.
