San Jose, CA (June 20, 2023) – A San Jose pedestrian crash left a man on foot with fatal injuries. According to NBC Bay Area, the crash occurred around 5:50 a.m. on Tuesday.

The San Jose Police Department reported a pedestrian crash in the area of Capitol and Alum Rock Avenues, leaving a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries.
The pedestrian reportedly died at the scene.
According to the authorities, a man on foot was in the area of Capitol and Alum Avenues when a vehicle hit him.
Due to the collision, drivers should expect delays due to a temporary closure between Alum Rock and Florence Avenues, both southbound lanes of Capitol Avenue.
Currently, police are yet to disclose the identities of the pedestrian and the driver involved in this San Jose pedestrian crash.
