On November 7, Miguel Urias, a father of two, was riding along Manchester Boulevard when the collision occurred.
Unfortunately, the driver did not stop, and Urias succumbed to his injuries.
Diana Roman Saenz, Urias’ widow, expressed the family’s immense difficulty and grievance, “He was someone special that I wanted to be with for the rest of my life.”
Moreover, lawyer Matt Zar said the hit-and-run driver is believed to be a woman in her 20s driving an older model dark-colored Dodge Charger.
Zar also mentioned that they possess a partial license plate, starting with an eight and ending in 234. They hope the community can assist in filling in the missing components.
