The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office revealed the victim’s identity.
The incident unfolded when a 16-year-old girl, driving eastbound on Kimber, veered off the road and collided with Milan Josovic.
The collision also involved the teenager striking the rear of a utility truck parked along the north curb edge.
Despite the immediate efforts to revive Josovic, his injuries proved fatal, and he died at the scene.
Meanwhile, with a valid driver’s license, the young driver remained at the scene and fully cooperated with the ongoing investigation.
