Mira Loma, CA (October 19, 2021) – Jesus Meno, 76, was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the 60 Freeway, near Milliken Ave in Riverside County.
The collision was reported around 12:44 p.m. California Highway Patrol responded to the scene shortly thereafter. Meno had been traveling westbound on the 60 freeway in his box truck, when he rear ended the trailer of a semi-truck. It is unknown whether someone crashed into him afterward but he was trapped in the wreckage.
Police and first responders pulled Meno from the crash scene and he was declared dead at the scene. Two semi-trucks and the pickup box truck were involved in the accident.
Additional details on the scene remain confidential and the investigation is still underway.
