Moreno Valley, CA (February 6, 2024) – A Moreno Valley three-car crash killed Isaac Piza (25) of San Bernardino and Keiana Bridgeforth (50) of Menifee. According to Patch, the crash occurred amid Monday’s night storm.

According to Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies, they responded to the collision involving a black Lexus, grey Dodge Ram, and White Dodge Ram.
The Riverside County Coroner’s Bureau identified Isaac Piza, 25, from San Bernardino as the driver of the grey Dodge Ram.
Reportedly, the crash led his truck into a flooded channel, and he was subsequently swept away. Cal Fire/Riverside County’s Swift Water Rescue Team located his body near Ramona Expressway shortly before midnight.
The other fatality was Keiana Bridgeforth, 50, from Menifee, who sadly died at the crash site at Kitching Street and Cactus Avenue.
Further, the authorities announced the Lexus driver dead at the original crash site. However, their identity remains undisclosed awaiting next of kin notification.
Meanwhile, two other victims with non-critical injuries were transported to the hospital.
As of now, the investigation by Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station Traffic Reconstruction Team continues. The cause of this Moreno Valley three-car crash and the potential role of alcohol/drugs remain uncertain.
