David Wayne Horsley Died at the Scene of the Oildale Motorcycle Accident in Bakersfield
Bakersfield, CA (November 7, 2022) – David Wayne Horsley (58) was identified as the fatality in a motorcycle accident in Oildale in Bakersfield. According to BakersfieldNow, the crash occurred around 3:14 pm on Sunday.
David Wayne Horsley was pronounced dead at the scene of the Oildale motorcycle accident in Bakersfield.
The California Highway Patrol responded to a report of a traffic crash on China Grade Loop in Oildale.
One motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The Kern County Coroner’s Office recently identified him as David Wayne Horsley.
According to CHP’s preliminary investigation, the motorcyclist crashed with a Ford vehicle after reportedly crossing over double yellow lines and attempting to pass on the left of said vehicle on China Grade Loop.
Authorities are yet to determine if alcohol or drugs were a factor in this accident.
