Sunnyvale, CA (May 24, 2023) – Negrete Gutierrez (53), along with Tyler Rasay (28) and Paul Dennig Jr. (24), were identified as the fatalities in a car accident in Sunnyvale. According to Mercury News, the crash occurred on Monday morning.

Authorities reported the identity of the third fatal victim in a multi-car accident in Sunnyvale as 53-year-old Negrete Gutierrez.
The other two fatalities were identified as 28-year-old Tyler Rasay of South San Francisco and 24-year-old Paul Dennig Jr of Mountain View.
According to the report, a single-vehicle accident resulted in a car pile-up when a Ford pickup truck heading northbound on Highway 101 hit the concrete center divider south of Fair Oaks Avenue.
Five other vehicles struck the cars involved in the accident.
Police reported that the three fatal victims left their vehicles to help other individuals involved in the crash.
Unfortunately, other cars struck them, causing fatal injuries.
It has not been determined whether alcohol or drugs played a part in the multi-car accident in Sunnyvale.
