More About Motorcycle Accident Liability
Motorcycle accidents usually cause more severe damage than other auto accidents. Similar to the case of Officer Chad Swanson in this 405 Freeway crash, motorcyclists are prone to sustaining major injuries because they are more exposed. - Loss of control due to road debris
- Motorcyclists are exposed to road and other vehicles
- Prone to wobbling
- Unskilled motorcyclists who don’t have proper licenses
However, motorcycle accident liability always falls on the negligent driver. Most of the time, both the motorcyclist and the other vehicle’s driver can be at fault.
