Pomona, CA (January 25, 2024) – A Pomona hit-and-run left a 40-year-old man fatal after a motorist hit him while trying to cross Temple Avenue. Police are also searching for the driver involved in the crash. According to City News Service, the crash happened around 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday.

Subsequently, paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department rushed the man to a hospital, where he later died.
However, the victim’s identity is being kept confidential until the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has notified the relatives.
The Pomona Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team continues to probe the incident. No immediate information is available about the vehicle or driver involved in the fatal event.
