Torrance, CA (October 27, 2022) – Ralph Paccione (78) was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash on Artesia Boulevard in Torrance. According to NBC Los Angeles, the crash was reported around 7:35 am.
A hit-and-run driver fatally struck Ralph Paccione on the sidewalk of Artesia Boulevard in Torrance.
Authorities are now seeking help to identify the hit-and-run driver responsible for the fatal crash involving another motorist and a pedestrian on Artesia Boulevard in Torrance.
One injured pedestrian died at the scene. He was recently identified as Ralph Paccione.
According to the preliminary investigation, a speeding Ford truck rear-ended a Toyota truck westbound on Artesia Boulevard. Then, the Ford truck reportedly went out of control and fatally struck Paccione on the sidewalk.
The Ford truck driver fled after it crashed into a residence.
Meanwhile, the other driver was taken to a hospital for minor injuries.
