Redondo Beach, CA (January 10, 2024) – A Redondo Beach crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle killed one teenage motorcyclist. According to KTLA, the crash happened around 2:17 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to the Redondo Beach Police Department, the deceased is a teenage male whose name and age have not been disclosed.
Reportedly, the incident happened when his motorcycle, heading southbound on Pacific Coast Highway, clashed with a sedan making a turn westbound onto Carnelian Street.
Upon arrival, the officers found the unconscious young biker lying near the intersection. He was rushed to a local hospital, but sadly, he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the sedan driver, an adult woman, remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
As of now, the police said it remains uncertain what led to this tragic accident. However, they revealed that neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be the cause.
For a time, roads near the crash scene were closed for the investigation but have since been reopened. The investigation of this fatal Redondo Beach crash is ongoing.
