Sacramento, CA (March 19, 2023) – Richard Cortez (52) of Glendale was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash on North City Farms in Sacramento. According to The Sacramento Bee, the crash occurred around 6:00 am on Sunday.

The victim succumbed to his injuries sustained in the crash. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Officer recently identified the victim as Richard Cortez of Glendale.
According to police, Cortez was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Franklin Boulevard in the North City’s Farms neighborhood.
The other driver reportedly fled the scene.
