Roseville Car Crash Left One Fatal, Two Others Injured
Roseville, CA (August 22, 2023) – One man died and two others were injured and hospitalized after a car chase led to a crash. According to ABC10, the crash occurred on Tuesday.
One man died and two others sustained injuries after a Roseville car crash in Placer County.
The California Highway Patrol reported a Roseville car crash involving at least three victims.
According to the police, two people were taken to a hospital for their injuries.
Unfortunately, one man died in the crash.
The identity of the deceased is not yet confirmed, and the conditions of the others involved are currently unknown.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office stated that the incident originated from a dispute between a woman and another man and woman.
Although they were all acquainted, the exact nature of their relationship remains unclear.
Subsequently, a car chase ensued, with the woman being pursued by the other two individuals involved in the dispute.
Officials allege that during the chase, the man fired at least one shot toward the other car, leading to the eventual collision of both vehicles.
Fortunately, no one sustained gunshot wounds, and there is no belief that the shooting directly caused the crash.
Upon investigation, two guns were discovered at the scene of the incident.
While authorities worked to clear the crash, the northbound lanes on Walerga Road from Old Dairy Drive to PFE Road were temporarily blocked.
At present, no additional information is available.

More About Car Accident Liability
Various circumstances of the car accident can pinpoint the liability of damages. In some instances, thorough investigations can reveal careless behavior. This can include the simple act of recklessly turning or cutting in front of another vehicle. In terms of determining who is at fault for an accident, this can be defined by common law. Any Sacramento or Los Angeles car accident lawyer recognizes that fault has four basic levels:
- Negligence
- Recklessness (wanton conduct)
- Intentional misconduct
- Strict liability
However, different state laws can have variations of applicable traffic laws. For example, in some states, multiple drivers can be liable for an accident. This is why thorough investigations are important after a car accident. Having a strong case showing the liability of the at-fault party can help guarantee your compensation. Likewise, a car crash attorney can also help you determine all your options, so you can fully recover from the accident. Learn more about car accident lawyers in California here.
