Fresno, CA (March 5, 2024) – A rural Fresno truck crash killed one driver and injured another after a truck and an SUV collided. According to The Fresno Bee, the crash occurred around 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday.

A rural Fresno truck crash on Dickenson Avenue near Barstow Avenue resulted in the death of one driver and moderate injuries to another individual.
According to California Highway Patrol, the SUV driver was traveling southbound on Dickenson Avenue, approaching an intersection with a stop sign.
While it remains unclear if the SUV driver failed to stop at the intersection, the vehicle collided with a westbound truck that did not have a stop sign.
However, eyewitnesses, including a couple who rushed to aid the drivers following the collision, mentioned that the SUV, driven by a woman, had disregarded the stop sign.
The driver of the SUV, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, unfortunately succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene.
Meanwhile, the male driver of the truck sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a hospital in the Fresno area for further medical attention.
CHP officers at the scene stated they could not verify the details of this rural Fresno truck crash at the time.
