Singh Mann Died at the Scene of a Pedestrian Crash in Fresno
Fresno, CA (December 6, 2022) – Singh Mann (64) was identified as the fatality in a pedestrian crash near Ashlan and Blythe avenues in Fresno. According to The Fresno Bee, the crash occurred around 5:45 pm on Tuesday.

A bystander, who happened to be a nurse, performed life-saving measures on the injured pedestrian. Unfortunately, the victim died at the scene.
Fresno County Coroner recently identified the victim as Singh Mann.
According to authorities, Mann was struck by a westbound vehicle passing through the intersection at Blythe. The driver said that he did not see Mann before the crash happened.
The driver then remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
A man was also arrested and booked into Fresno County jail for refusing to leave the scene and interfering with the investigation.
