South Los Angeles Hit-and-Run Crash Left Multiple Victims Injured, Including Two Kids
Los Angeles, CA (June 21, 2023) – At least five victims sustained injuries, including two kids in critical condition, in a South Los Angeles hit-and-run crash. According to Fox11, authorities received a report about the accident around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a South Los Angeles hit-and-run crash involving five vehicles in the 9500 block of S. Main Street.

According to Margaret Stewart of the LAFD, a 31-year-old woman was traveling westbound on Colden Avenue when a gray Infiniti heading northbound on Main Street hit her.
Authorities believed the Infiniti ran a red light, causing him to crash into the woman’s vehicle. The driver, along with two passengers, fled the scene after causing the accident.
Unfortunately, a 17-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy sustained significant injuries from the crash. They, along with the 31-year-old driver, were taken to the hospital.
Three victims also incurred non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department is still investigating this South Los Angeles hit-and-run crash and is looking for the hit-and-run driver who caused the collision.
