Pacifica, CA (October 4, 2022) – Susan Chavez (60) of Pacifica was identified as the fatality in a pedestrian crash between Hickey Boulevard and King Drive on Skyline Boulevard in Pacifica. According to The Mercury News, the crash was reported around 3:30 am.
Susan Chavez was pronounced dead at the scene of a pedestrian crash on Skyline Boulevard in Pacifica.
Pacifica Police responded to a report of a fatal crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle between Hickey Boulevard and King Drive on Skyline Boulevard in Pacifica.
The victim reportedly died at the scene. Authorities found the female pedestrian unconscious and not breathing at the roadway.
The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office later identified the victim as Susan Chavez of Pacifica.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Skyline Boulevard was closed down for several hours before opening again around 9:00 am.
