San Marino, CA (February 2, 2023) – A 70-year-old woman was hospitalized in serious condition after being struck in a San Marino hit-and-run crash. According to ABC7, the crash occurred around 6:00 am on Wednesday.

An on-duty police officer found a pedestrian lying near the intersection of Los Robles Avenue and Oak Street in San Marino.
Police detectives then responded to the scene and checked the area for witnesses and video surveillance cameras.
The victim, only identified as a 70-year-old woman, was transported to a hospital due to severe injuries and is currently in serious condition.
According to their investigation, an unidentified driver struck the victim while she was taking her usual walk in the area. The driver then fled the scene and did not stop to render aid.
Right now, the driver remains at large. Authorities are working to locate the hit-and-run driver.
