We provide our team with the option to work from home, in the office, or a combination of the two (in most positions, with few exceptions). A case manager helps personal injury clients recover by coordinating medical care, communicating with providers and clients, investigating cases, gathering evidence, and working with insurance companies to resolve claims.
The demands department drafts and sends demand letters, negotiates with insurance adjusters for maximum settlements, and coordinates releases to finalize and trigger client settlement payments.
The Records Department obtains and organizes medical records and bills, manages subrogation claims, and provides updates and support to clients throughout the process.
The New Case Coordinator guides new clients through the early stages of their case by gathering documentation, arranging initial medical treatment, contacting insurance parties, notifying the DMV, and preparing necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth start.
A lien negotiator finalizes cases by negotiating post-settlement liens with medical providers and insurers to maximize the client’s recovery efficiently and effectively.
The Reception and Office Services teams create a welcoming first impression for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support, managing calls, guests, mail, deliveries, and daily office operations.
Intake Specialists support potential clients after an accident by listening, assessing cases, building trust, explaining the firm’s process, and providing resources—whether or not a case is accepted.
The Accounting Department manages the company’s finances from start to finish—handling payables, receivables, reporting, and analysis—to ensure accurate, organized, and insightful financial information that supports every department and drives informed decisions.
