Four Vehicles Involved in Collision on Highway 101

 
PISMO BEACH, CA (June 7, 2018) – The authorities responded to a multi-vehicle crash on southbound Highway 101, just south of 4th Street at approximately 6:05 p.m. Thursday.
 
The California Highway Patrol recovered at least four vehicles at the scene. The parties were identified as a gray Hyundai sedan, a dark blue SUV, a gray SUV and a silver SUV.
 
An ambulance was called for needed medical attention. The paramedics had not yet released a report regarding any injury sustained in the incident.
 
All vehicles blocked the No. 1 lane. A clearing operation took place in the area.
 
Other details were not yet known. An investigation is ongoing to determine cause of the pile-up.
