Gabriel Genson

Gabe Genson is a dedicated Associate Trial Attorney at Jacoby & Meyers, bringing passion for his clients, and a burning fire for the courtroom. Gabe has a rich and well-rounded educational background, holding a Bachelor’s of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and a minor in Communications from the University of Arizona, graduating in June 2019. While at the University of Arizona, Gabe also completed a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Gabe went on to attend and complete his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in May 2023.
While in law school, Gabe served as the Vice President of the Consumer Law Society at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Gabe also completed and received a certificate in the Civil Litigation Concentration while at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. In just his first year of practice, Gabe has helped obtain nearly $10 million in settlements for his clients. Gabe’s work ethic and burning passion as a fierce litigator has awarded him selection to the prestigious Super Lawyers, having been selected as a Southern California 2025 Rising Star in just his first year of practice. Gabe specializes in automobile accidents, premises liability cases, dog bite cases, and product liability cases, having gained significant experience litigating each of these types of cases. Gabe is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and hopes to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in the near future.
In Gabe’s free time, he enjoys traveling, specifically to Hawaii and Europe in the summers, and skiing the continental U.S. in the winters. Gabe also spends his free time cheering on his favorite sports teams, the Vegas Golden Knights and Los Angeles Dodgers.
Gabe’s wide array of interests allows for a diverse, aggressive, and ethical approach to the practice of law, always seeking justice and the best possible results for each of his clients. This burning desire inside Gabe guides him towards his ultimate goal – to become the best Trial Lawyer ever.
